Founder Chelsea Masters provides professional property oversight for homeowners who expect their Kauaʻi residences to be maintained with care, discretion, and attention to detail.
She grew up working alongside her father, Jeff Masters, owner of Masters Construction. After building high-end homes in the Sierra Nevada region of California, Jeff has spent more than two decades constructing and maintaining luxury residences on Kauaʻi.
Through years of involvement in her father’s work, Chelsea developed firsthand familiarity with the systems, maintenance standards, and vendor relationships required to properly manage exceptional homes.
Today she offers personalized property management services designed to ensure each property is consistently maintained, carefully monitored, and fully prepared for its owners at any time.
